Completions to Premier Inn extensions at Ebbw Vale and Wenvoe, in addition to their new £6.5m/72 bed development in Chipping Norton and their 60-bed facility with Beefeater Grill at Cirencester, will result in a recent boost to our hotel and leisure portfolio.
Our work from Premier and Travel Inns has now taken us from Haverfordwest to Herne Bay (via High Wycombe) and Birmingham to Bodmin (via Bridgwater), encompassing over 40 separate contracts.
